I attended my first ever yoga class at the Maylands Community Centre in 1997 because I wanted to stretch. I couldn’t touch my toes or even sit in a kneeling position. And it worked: my muscles felt stronger and more supple. Although happy, it wasn't until I looked beyond the physical practice that yoga allowed me to expand my heart and mind.

For me, the Pilates method is perfection. Adhering to the precision demanded by Pilates creates strong, supple, balanced bodies with focused minds. I incorporate Pilates principles and concepts within all my training sessions.
